In the21st century, automobile industry of China has witnessed a rapid increase.Every provinces (except Tibet) began to develop auto industry. Guangxi, especiallyLiuzhou, auto industry has been sustained and rapid development. Four automotivegroup of China, the FAW, Dongfeng, SAIC and CNHTC, have their own Vehicleproduction base in Liuzhou, and Liuzhou was named national automobile and spareparts export base. Facing the intense market competition, it is significant for thehealthy development of Liuzhou automobile industry to Construct a competitivestrategy selection system. Today, the competition of automobile industry is no longeris no longer a competition between vehicle companies and vehicle companies, butcompetition between the automotive supply chain, which is led by vehicle companies.The relationship among vehicle company, upstream company, downstream companyand ancillary department, turn from the competition into a co-opetition. Closecollaboration between them, a coordinated strategy is particularly important. Bidfarewell to the glorious "11th Five-Year plan", ushered in the new "12th Five-Yearplan", in the process of development and growth, the Liuzhou automobile industry isAccompanied by opportunities and threats. The Liuzhou automobile industry facesmany challenges, for example European debt crisis, rising costs, tariff reduction,needs changing constantly and so on. How to seize opportunities and prevent crisis? Itis a critical issue for Liuzhou automobile industry to make a suitable competitionstrategy.The theoretical foundation of this paper are strategic management, theory ofindustrial organization, market management and decision management.Comprehensive application of multiple analysis methods are presented in this paper.Paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the background andsignificance of this article, as well as the application of analytical methods. Thesecond chapter is the theoretical overview of previous research summarized. The thirdchapter uses PEST, the competition model on industry environment and industrycompetition analysis, which summed up the Liuzhou Automotive Industry SupplyChain Opportunities and threats. The fourth chapter, starting from the LiuzhouAutomobile supply chain, use IEF analysis to summary its strengths andweaknesses.The fifth chapter, through the SWOT analysis method, summarizes theseveral strategy combination, which Liuzhou automobile supply chain are facing.Then Applying AHP to select the strategy. The sixth chapter, through the uniqueperspective of the automotive supply chain, put forward constructive strategicdecision for Liuzhou automobile Industry, to obtain favorable position in the fiercemarket competition. The last chapter is summary and outlook of this study.
