| Recent years, Chinese provinces and state of the former state-owned provincial and municipal airportmanagement company and Civil Aviation Authority have been restructured to form a diversified equity civilairport group company, in order to adapt to the rapid development of Chinese socialist market economy. It hasachieved self-management of airports in part, and promoted the development of air transport in our countryeffectively. However, the worldwide aviation crimes occurred now and then. And it has been a great threat.Now civil aviation airport in China is facing many kinds of potential threat including the "East Turkistan","Tibetan separatist" forces and other criminal. Civil aviation airports have a serious and heavy task to preventaviation crime. So our country is urgent to establish the prevention mechanism of aviation crime.The paper describes the background and significance of research, methods of research, difficulties andinnovation first. Then, introduced the research of domestic and international aviation crime and the preventionmeasures firstly. Afterwards, it introduced the quantitative analytical methods in criminology and quantify thevarious aviation crime. After that, we use ABC classification to sequence and classify aviation crime, anddivided into A, B, C categories. Then, we designed three kinds of prevention mechanisms in allusion to A,B,Cthree types of aviation crime. And every kind of prevention mechanism was divided into three kinds ofmeasures. I called these prevention mechanisms as "3+3" Prevention Mechanism."3+3" PreventionMechanism can "Distinguish between primary and secondary and prevent aviation crime according todifferent classification".
