Salary has been the most important issue since the advent of the employment in human history.The salary incentive in the modern enterprise system is more important to the development of the enterprise as well as the vital part of the human resource management.With the advancement of comprehensively deepen reform,the state-owned enterprises have obvious improvement and development in the content,mode,and method of salary management,but the inherent salary management system still has many problem,which hinder the company to attract excellent talents,restrict the worker's enthusiasm and inhibit the development of the enterprise.Therefore,in order to ensure the survival of enterprise in the new wave of reform and fully mobilize the innovation ability and initiative of the enterprise staff and management personnel,to optimize the existing salary incentive mechanism and ensure its effective implementation will be of very important practical significance.The paper is based on the salary related theory and the existing research,and bring in the theory of comprehensive salary management.Through a lot of research and data collection and collation of Shanxi civil aviation airport group,the paper summarizes the characteristics of the existing salary system in civil aviation Airport Company,and analyze the problem and the causes of the salary management system,furthermore,put forward the optimization scheme from the perspective of the concrete salary system and spirit incentive level,and design the strict performance appraisal system and scientific and reasonable supervision mechanism to make sure the effective implementation of optimization scheme.The conclusion from this research plays a critical role in solving current existing problems in salary systems of Shanxi civil aviation airport.It helps to establish reasonable salary system?makes employees more likely to work and allocates human resources in an effective way.In the end,the salary incentive mechanism will become a powerful force for achieving the goal of strategic development of civil aviation enterprises and meanwhile provide the references for some similar enterprises which also need to make salary incentive mechanisms.
