The Research Of Shanxi Coal Resources Development And Utilization Optimistic Model Under Low-Carbon Economy Environment

Energy resources, acting as the material base of economic development, social progress, human existence and modern civilization, are an outstanding aspect to estimate a country’s comprehensive national power and people’s living standard.Since the Reform and Open to the Outside World, coal always dominates the supply-demand of energy structure in our country. Shanxi is a big national coal, in which province more than 1/4 coal, 40% coke and nearly 50% output world trade volume of the nation are produced. After the founding of the People’s Republic, coal production in Shanxi province adds up to 11 billion tons and the net export volume adds up to 8 billion, which makes a big contribution to the development of New China.While Shanxi province enjoys the extra benefits brought by coal, a heavy price is paid for it. Under traditional economic mode, heavy price is paid for obtaining energy resource at the expense of the environment, and we are faced with huge resource and ecological stress. Nowadays, the problems of the coal industry in Shanxi province are that the pattern is still small, numerous, and disorder; the industry is not concentrated enough; the informationization and mechanization popularity is not high enough; and the further processing and percent conversion of the products are relatively weak, which bring about many obstacles in coal industrial development in Shanxi province. The defects of extensive form development mode with high energy consumption and serious pollution emerge, such as heavy damage in ecological environment, low comprehensive exploitation utilization level, unsustainable momentum in sustainable development, and the like. The situation of“prosperity for coal and trouble for coal”is worth our deep consideration and wide attention.Therefore, developing low carbon economy, taking the path of resource-conserving, environment-friendly sustainable development, analyzing and discussing the current situation of coal resources development and utilization in Shanxi province, studying on the interactive influence effect between the coal resources development and low carbon economy, and seeking effective mode of coal resources development in Shanxi province at the goal of low carbon economy are regarded as the key guarantees to the transformation of the economic development mode from high carbon to low carbon, as well as the fundamental way to relieve strain on bottlenecks and realize coordination and balance between resource environment and social development.Under the theoretical direction of low carbon economy theory, the sustainable development theory and recycling economy theory, this thesis employs the methods of factor analysis and regression analysis, analyzes current situation of coal resources development in Shanxi province, and puts forward the viewpoint that there is no time to delay to develop low carbon economy. Based on the problems and causes existing in coal resources development in Shanxi province, a mode is constructed to optimize coal resources development in the thesis, through which we try hard to realize sustainable development of coal resources in Shanxi province, promote low carbon economy construction, ensure the harmony between the coal resources development and ecological environment, and realize efficient, healthy, orderly and sustainable development of economy.
