Healthy cash flow is an important guaranteefor the survival and development of enterprises, the reasonable control of the fundingsources and expenditures is an important guarantee for the healthy development ofenterprises. Since2010, china has launched a series of macroeconomic control policy,in order to regulate the development of real estate market. Especially limit thepurchase and the credit, funding source of real estate appearing serious problem, thetraditional capital chain management mode has been unable to fully solve theseproblems, enterprise must seek new breach, on the one hand expansion of sales, on theother hand cut costs, in search of real estate capital chain management innovation.This paper is the starting point, based on the current policy and marketenvironment analysis, reveal to the difficulties encountered by real estate enterprises,mainly reflected in the capital chain of real estate enterprises. This paper combinedwith my work and studies the knowledge, make full use of work-related resources,explore new management method for them. Through the introduction anddecomposition ERP, select the relevant indicators from each module of the ERP toanalysis, display the relationship between module and the inflow and the outflow,meanwhile, by analysis the overall framework of ERP, find out the linear relationshipbetween use of ERP and funding chain management to enhance, thereby revealing theimportant role of ERP in the real estate business capital chain managementinnovation. |
