The Theory And Applied Research On Marginal Effect Of Urban Construction Land

With the speeding of the urbanization, the urban construction is constantly expanded,which brings the great devotion about traffic, power, water resources, infrastructure, andother aspects. A certain range, the output is more than input, so the city is in scale economy;When putting into more and more, the cost is more and more high, however, the benefitsare in negative growth, so the city is in scale non-economy. What is the reasonable scale ofcity? How to determine the best scale of city?In the paper, for the issues about urban expansion, scale and construction land use, Isummarize the study situation of related fields at home and abroad. And according tomarginal theory, utility theory, threshold theory, marginal effect theory, input and outputtheory, economics theory of city, the sustainable development theory, spatial economicstheory and land resources optimization theory, I analyze the factors of affecting themarginal effects of urban construction land. Meanwhile, combining with the method oftheoretical analysis, experience selection and expert consultation, I choose indicators fromtwo aspects to construct the index system of the marginal effects of urban construction land.On the basis of these, taking Shi Jiazhuang City as an example, according to some relatedstatistics about the statistics yearbook of Shi Jiazhuang City2004-2010and the statisticsyearbook of urban construction land2003-2009in China, I analyze the urbanization ratelevel of Shi Jiazhuang City and current situation of land use for construction and thechanging trend of the scale, and come up with some existing problems in the process ofland use for construction of Shi Jiazhuang City. Using the method of linear programmingand cobb-douglas production function, I construst the marginal effect model of urbanconstruction land in Shi Jiazhuang City. And using SPSS software, I analyze the marginaleffect of urban construction land in Shi Jiazhuang. Finally, using the Lingo software, I dothe sensitivity analysis, so that further improve the theoretical and practical application ofmarginal effect of construction land of Shi Jiazhuang City, and then put forward somemeasures about the development direction of Shi Jiazhuang City and the developmentplanning of construction land in the future. In order to optimize the urban scale, improvethe urban construction land intensive degree, and enhance the function and efficiency ofurbanization process.
