Optimization Of Land Use Structure In Luhuo County Based On Rey Linear Programming

Land resource is the most important material base of mankind existence,reproduction, and development. It’s also the important resource of sustained economydevelopment and environmental protection. The development of mankind society,economy, and culture cannot get rid of land resource. More and more experts takemuch count of protecting and using land resource scientifically and effectively.First，considering the basic information and data of present land use, this thesisdeeply analyzes the land use structure and the social economic conditions of thecounty in2005. It based on three aspects of Luhuo County, land use environmentalconditions of the land use, such as natural conditions, social economic conditions andnatural disasters. According to the social economic development and land useplanning in the whole county, the land use structure ratio of Luhuo County is notreasonable.Luhuo County is located in the contact area of Western Sichuan Plateau and themountain. Its natural conditions are complex. And it is a multi-ethnic region, thesocial economy is relatively backward. Its speed of regional development is restricted.Due to the restrictions of the above factors and inadequate data materials, incomprehensive consideration of the applicable conditions, accessibility, availability ofdata, the reliability of the analysis results and other aspects of factors, this thesis chosethe grey linear programming model, as the mathematics model of the land use structure optimization of Luhuo County. And it uses GM (1，1) model of gray forecastto predict the parameters, trying to gain a scientific and reasonable land use structure.Then, it takes optimization theory as the guiding ideology, uses grey linearprogramming method, combines with the future demand of social economicdevelopment and involved control indexes, and establishes the land use planningmodels of grey linear programming of Luohuo County. This thesis finally obtainsrelative optimal and reasonable alternatives in theory. And it also uses the evaluationof land use planning project method, chooses the most pointed, scientific, andreasonable project, to optimize the land use structure of the county in2020, provides"quantitative" reference for reasonable develop ing and using of the county landresources, obtain the optimal social, economic and ecological benefits.At last, the thesis comes up with four optimum land use structure strategies andseven measures of the realization of the adjustment of land use struc ture. It combinedwith the selected optimization project, considering the urban productivityimprovement, and rural construction land use optimization and high altitude area ofecological protection and rehabilitation. Below the premise of protecting ecology andenvironment, it optimizes the land use structure of Luohuo County, promotes thesocial economy of the regional to achieve sound, rapid and sustainable development.
