Land is a kind of non-renewable resources, which is the material base of mankind existence and society development. With the increasing of population, rapid development of urbanization and economic construction, the contradiction between the expanding population and the reducing land resource become more and more evident and has resulted in a lot of problems involving resource and environment because of making no good use of the land use structure. How to make use of the limited land resource reasonably and to adjust the land use structure in order to solve the contradiction between the people and land need to be solved urgently. Therefore, the research on the land use structure optimization is significant in theory and practice.This paper regards the city of Sanmenxia as studying area, 2006 as annual base period. The methods of grey linear programming and the artificial neural network are applied to the research on the land use structure optimization in Sanmenxia. Main contents are including: (1) Based on the discussion of principles and methods of the land use structure optimization, the theoretical foundation for the the land use structure optimization in Sanmenxia is provided. (2) In this paper, we analyze the land use conditions of the city of Sanmenxia from three aspects of the geographical position, natural foundation and social economic environment, and quantitatively analyze and evaluate the current land use situation from three aspects including the combined, spatial and quantity structure of the land use characteristics, which provides the realistic foundation for optimizing land use in Sanmenxia. (3) The population, cultivated land, grain total amount and per unit area yield to 2015 are predicted in Sanmenxia according to the city's data over the past years by applying the grey predicting model of GM(1,1). (4) The grey linear programming model (GLP) is established to optimize the land use structure in Sanmenxia. It is calculated by applying the grey linear programming and final1y we get three optional schemes to be selected. (5) A evaluation model of the land use structure optimization is established by BP neural network and the optimum scheme of land use structure of Sanmenxia is obtained. In addition, the thesis provided some measures and suggestions to realize the scheme. |
