Study On Infrastructure Of The Urban Agglomeration Provided By The Government

This paper first introduces the connotation of urban agglomeration, the concept of theinfrastructure, the theory of public goods and externality theory. Then we use thebasic theory of fiscal to analysis the government’s actions in the construction ofinfrastructure in the urban agglomeration, come to public infrastructure as well as ourpolitical centralization and fiscal decentralization system is a group of citygovernment-led infrastructure provision intrinsic. The same time, we introduced thepositions and functions of urban public finances in the construction of infrastructurein the urban agglomeration. By building infrastructure and urban agglomeration ofeconomic growth model and empirical analysis, found that investment ininfrastructure and urban agglomeration of economic growth there is a positivecorrelation between different infrastructure role in promoting economic growthdisparity, and to prove infrastructure investment was the law of diminishing role inpromoting economic growth in China from the eastern to the western region. Finally,the construction of infrastructure for urban agglomeration in China, make policyrecommendations to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of infrastructurefacilities of urban agglomeration in China.
