Industrial cluster is a certain space within the scope of industrial economies,as a result of the highly concentrated enterprise can reduce the area of production and transaction costs,improve the operation efficiency of the whole industry chain,so as to improve enterprise and regional competitive advantage.With the speeding up of global integration,the productive service industry has appeared the cluster phenomenon,on the space in city as the carrier of regional economic development has important effect on the local producer services cluster,t he ability to supply and measure the city infrastructure construction level and industrial agglomeration are also inseparable relationship.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of urban infrastructure constru ction on the agglomeration of producer services.In this paper,from the city infrastructure construction and the relationship of producer services development,build a comprehensive and multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation system of urban infrastructure,and in this paper,the evaluation standard of the nation's 285 the present situation of the urban infrastructure construction.This paper firstly combed the domestic and foreign relevant industry agglomeration literature related to the construction of infrastructure,and then from the perspective of direct and introduction expounds the urban infrastructure construction affects the mechanism of action of producer services agglomeration,and on the basis of the core-periphery theory constructs the theoretical model.Then,this paper analyzes the status quo of the two countries in the whole country by constructing the index of comprehensive evaluation index of urban infrastructure and the cluster of productive service.Then,this article through moran index test and LISA figure analysis to determine the existence of producer services agglomeration,then using spatial econometric model analysis on the urban infrastructure construction in the region of producer services agglomeration effect.The re sults show that there exists spatial dependence in producer service industry,and the construction of urban infrastructure plays a certain role in promoting the agglomeration of producer services.The positive influence of human capital and urbanization le vel on producer service industry is significant.However,the degree of openness and the development of manufacturing have no significant impact on the occurrence of agglomeration.On the basis of the analysis and the empirical conclusions articles have be en published,we puts forward policy Suggestions: strengthen the construction of urban infrastructure,attach importance to the investment of human capital,actively promote the urbanization process to promote the development of local industry,optimize th e industrial structure of the local upgrade,attract productive service industry cluster has an important significance.
