The level of tertiary industry’s development is an important symbol to measure the development of modern economic. However, due to the historical, natural, economic and social reasons, either a total production value or the employment, there is a large gap compared to the more developed regions. Therefore, study of composition of the internal structure of the tertiary industry in Gansu province and the input-output, for speeding up the process of the development of the third industry in Gansu province, optimize the internal structure of the tertiary industry has a certain relevance.This article within the various sectors of the tertiary industry of Gansu province study on the development of relations between objects. First, according to the relevant data in the Statistical Yearbook of2001-2011in Gansu province was divided into14different species of tertiary industry by industry a relatively independent of industry. And on a large scale from the tertiary industry in Gansu province’s gross domestic product, employment, GDP per capita, investment in fixed assets such as analysis of the present situation of tertiary industry development in Gansu province. On micro-start with the14sectors of the tertiary industry, according to the Statistical Yearbook of Gansu province related data in terms of basic variation of input and output of an in-depth analysis and research. Through the intermediate rate of demand, intermediate inputs, the final usage, direct consumption coefficient and the complete calculation of various indicators such as the consumption of discovery that association of tertiary industry within the industry in Gansu province is not enough, there are signs of close development.
