Development Of The Tertiary Industry Based On The Efficiency Of Chinese Industry Correlation Coefficient Analysis

As China has become the worlds second-largest economy, industry structure isgoing to be mature, stimulating and facilitating role of the third industry to thenational economy is gradually highlighted. This paper studies the input-outputefficiency of Chinas tertiary industry and every internal industries. This thesis has twoparts, the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part: Through thecarding and analysis of the relevant literature, we can get a new understanding ofcurrent literatures, and it can provide a theoretical and practical support for ourstudy. The empirical part: this section is divided into three parts and two chapters.first, the third chapter analyzing1987-2007data of Chinas third industry overallconsumption coefficient, the influence and induction coefficient, we analyze itsoverall trend and assess its position in the national economy, Then by thecomparison them with the coefficients associated with the United States to analyzethe efficiency of in the tertiary industry, to find the existing problems,from theperspective of Industry correlation coefficient, conclude that added value of the thirdindustry is low, consumption of other industries is high meanwhile, so the level ofsocialization and profession of production is not satisfied, china need to furtherenhance the production efficiency. Second, the forth chapter, we evaluate andinterpret the production and operational efficiency of the14small industries withanalyzing its industry correlation coefficient and the DEA efficiency, to make theeffective policy. At last is the Conclusions and Recommendations section, point outthat the Chinese today tertiary industry technical efficiency is low, most smallindustries are invalid, because of invalid pure technical efficiency, the level ofproduction technology needs to be improved, so the future of Chinas tertiaryindustry need to improve the level of management and technology, increaseconsumption of producer services, reduce the direct consumption of the first andsecond industrial products. To enhance products value-added, promote thedevelopment of Chinas service industry. This paper aims to analyze the tertiaryindustry as a whole and its internal industries from the perspective of Industry correlation coefficient, intend to make appropriate recommendations of the marketmacro environment shaping and the efficiency of resource allocation improvement.
