Research On The Standardization Method Of Land Evaluative Index

In actual work, choose the right index standardization methods, can effectivelyimprove the accuracy of the comprehensive evaluation results. Based oncomprehensive evaluation theory, dimensionless theory and related theory foundation,according to the comprehensive evaluation of dimensionless theoretical connotation,the research present situation and problems, trying to through several common targetstandardization methods, to different criteria index using different methods getdifferent results.As the past research work has two characteristics:1) for the unifiedtarget standardization methods, without considering index different nature or forms;2)no comparison analysis of the target standardization results. Therefore, this papermain talk about different index of the properties or forms, using different targetstandardization methods compare and analyze. And analyzed the result of differenttypes index standardization, the different types of optimal index standardizationmethods. asGansu province12locally administrated level cities in the end of2006data as the research object, the selection of10land use efficiency indicators, includingpositive index, reverse index and moderate index. Construction land use efficiencyevaluation index system respectively, the original data by using different targetstandardization methods processing, the comparison and analysis of the standardizedresults from three different nature of the target standardization methods choose not thesame. Conclusions are as follows：(1) For the positive index, using the regularization method to poor, maximizingmethod and the proportion of the target standardization processing, Pearsoncorrelation coefficient comparison shows that the proportion of standardizationmethod of original data results and the correlation coefficient is the smallest. For othertwo methods of the results and target standardization of original data correlation arevery good, correlation coefficient are1, the results show that the normalizationmethod and the poor are applicable to maximizing method of positive index instandardized treatment.(2)For the reverse index, using poor regularization method and the minimizationtarget standardization method. In the reverse index of the positive processing, targetstandardization results and original data show that the correlation of minimizing theoptimal method. To reverse index in not positive change under the condition of the processing, target standardization of original data correlation with the results showthat the optimal regularization method to poor.(3) To the moderate index, using the average method of the index standardizationprocessing, main investigation to moderate the comparison of the value selection,through the selection of average and value as a moderate of the values of the twokinds of cases showed that, in the appropriate value in the correlation of value fromhigher than the average value of moderate take, and moderately value in the take inthe average and value correlation coefficient are not high, the result of the targetstandardization that moderate should not be carried out with the original datacorrelation analysis.
