With the development of e-commerce,the competition of the express market has become increasingly fierce,and the revenue of express companies has declined continuously.The express companies generally increase revenue by raising prices and controlling costs.However,due to the increasing prices of the diesel,gasoline,labor and the renting,many enterprises are in poor condition and have low profits.Therefore,it is infeasible to raise revenue by raising sales prices and controlling internal costs.How to take more effective measures to improve the revenue has become an important issue for many express companies.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research status that affects the company's revenue,this paper briefly describes the main factors that affect the company's business,puts forward the analysis and assumptions related to the business benefits of J Express Company in the waybill information,and then based on the assumptions of this study.Prepare variables and data and build an empirical research model.Analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of China Express Company.Finally,obtain a regression model.Taking the data of the shipping order information from Jan.to Dec.2015 of J Express Co.,Ltd.Foshan Branch as an example,the Pearson correlation coefficient method was used to verify the weight,volume,transportation distance,number of pieces and upstairs of the cargo using the SPSS analysis tool.Analysis of the correlation between costs and net turnover,and verification of model validity.Research shows that the type of goods the company chooses to collect is very important for the improvement of corporate profits:(1)For the company,it is necessary to charge more interprovincial goods for transport routes with long transport distances;(2)Single-ticket single-item goods should be collected because the fees charged by value-added services are charged on a per-ticket basis.Each additional ticket means that the income will increase;(3)It is very necessary to guide customers to change the delivery method from self-provisioning to delivery,and increase the income of the company;(4)Through the increase of cargo volume,reasonable adjustment of the cargo supply structure of heavy cargo and light cargo,and through rational vehicle loading,maximize the efficiency of stowage load;The above conclusions can provide a certain theoretical reference for the revenue growth of Express companies.
