The implementcouldn’t affect the production and daily operation, also guarantee all production andfinancial data transfer to new system without any fault. There are many uncertainties inthe information platform expansion project. The uncertainties make risks occur, whichusually do harm to the implement of projects. It is urgent to apply risk management tothis expansion project.This thesis flow the research model: from Standard Specification to EmpiricalAnalysis. Takes the example of expansion project, try to use projects risk managementtheory in the construction of information platform project for SMEs, consociate thetheory and actual case, identify and define the risk s of such project, estimate the risksand develop risk response plan.According to the small size of enterprises and lack of professional knowledge ofproject members, the thesis applies FMEA into this platform expansion project. Givesout a new simple calculation table, and use this sheet to manage the risks in project’sprocess. The table involved visualizing in it, separate varies phases, varies severitieswith different colors, it helps members on risk identification and avoidance. Thereforeguarantee whole project keep on smooth implementation and success.The main contents of this thesis are:First, analyses and expounds the enforcement risk of all phases wholly andsystematically. the author try to use SWOT to determine key target of project, alsodefine the indicator of project’s failure.Second, based on the background of expansion project, the author uses WBS-RBSto do risk identification in whole Project, sums up a detail list of all risks. After build aWBS-RBS risks matrix which will be basis for definite risk’s quantitative.Third, this thesis uses FMEA and expert method to analyze all the risks, obtains a RPN value ranking. After the thesis analyzes some particularly high value risks,provides a theoretical basis for subsequence risk response and control. Here alsogives out an example from telephone subsystem, shows out all the working sheets inprocess.Finally, this thesis introduces and analyzes the risk controlling of IT ExpansionProject. With the software PPM, and use checking-list to follow and control all thehigh value risks, also prepare corresponding response plans. Take the example fromtelephone subsystem, the most high risks drop down to20%after re-evaluation.This article analysis and summarizes the actual situation of risk control in theinformation platform expansion project, the results also show that the project empiricalstudies and risk management of the whole project cycle, can the maximum increasepossibility to avoid project out of control, quality defects problems, and effectivelyreduce the various risks, improve project success rate.I hope this thesis may give domestic companies and research institutes somereference experience on risk identification, risk analysis, risk response, risk controlwhen they have similar projects. |
