As the globalization goes through, MNCs are speeding the local production indeveloping countries, in order to make the efficient cost-down and get better positionin global competition. Undoubtedly, China is the ideal destination. Made in China andsold in China, that’s also the way most MNCs are trying. Accordingly, the productdesign will be suitable to local market. As for the pan-Semiconductor industry(Semiconductor Industry and its related fields, such as Solar-cell manufacturing, LEDmanufacturing and TFT-LCD manufacturing fields.), Japanese companies are holdingthe most cutting-edge technology in the world. Meanwhile they make the industrydevelopment forecast of local market accurately, depending on which they arrange theproduction capacity, to make the effect of lean production and profit in maximumvolume. But for the developing Semiconductor market in China, such kind of post-production-transfer Production System design based on accurate Market demand isalways not in the top list.We take Mass Flow Controller, which is used in Semiconductor industry inetching, PVD&CVD processes, as example, to discuss the possibility of productiontransfer, by studying the experience of past decades in Japan market, and that couldgood guiding material for the developing market in China. By studying the industryand market forecast tools, we can make reasonable production system design that issuitable for China market and its development trends. And such production system isalso good for manufacturing companies once any capacity rising demand. We expectthat this could also be the reference for hi-tech local company when attacking theoverseas market and transfers the production abroad.
