Under the pulling of the car industry, the gear manufacturing industry of our country demonstrates the situation of growing continuously at top speed. But there is still obvious disparity with the international advanced level:The gear enterprises get the unbalanced development. The production concentration degree is low. Product varieties are few. Technical content is low. Quality is unstable. Information construction and the level of modern management are not high. In this case, to improve the competitiveness of the domestic gear enterprises, as the best production organizing system and method of the industrial circle at present, the lean production is one of the best ways.The research object of this thesis is the Hawk Gear Industrial Co., Ltd. of Zhaoyuan, Shandong. The production mode of this factory is very backward. Following the principle of the lean production, its production system is improved. Its craft leading production is switched to target leading type. The production lines are organized for enterprises. The enterprise is enabled to boost its productivity by a wide margin. Then the enterprise will march towards the lean production step by step.Lean production is now the top of the industry, it is to build numerous based on. Highly factory automation, just-in-time production, and have DuoZhong skills "LaDongShi production and versatile", U production line layout, and so on, it also determines the indispensable eagle wheel factory can't step then entered into the lean enterprise ranks, must implement reform step by step. But now the urgentmatter, is greatly improve the production efficiency, and meet the demand of market, avoid is now out of business. The simplest method is the most effective way to production line production, according to the principle of lean production of "small batch production, small batch transportation", make the product at the rhythm production, slowly reduced in products, reduce the manufacturing cost, as the enterprise further to lean production reform lay the good foundation.The thesis divides into six chapters altogether:Chapter one is the current situation of the gear manufacturing, which makes a simple introduction to the gear manufacturing of our country and the world at present; Chapter two, the lean production theory, is a simple introduction to the lean production, which contents its source, intension, characteristic and the meaning of introducing the lean production; Chapter three, enterprise's current situation and analysis, are some investigations that we carried on to the enterprise, including enterprise overview, organization chart, system of enterprise plan, the main craft and the analysis of current situation; Chapter four is the grouping of the gear craft. The groups are formed according to the group technology, which offer the targets for the production lines; Chapter five is the design of the production lines. According to method of the flow line design, every line is detailedly designed. The facility layout is fixed and the work point-out charts are worked out; Chapter six is lean production implementation terms in the enterprise, which introduces the internal terms that the lean production can implemented smoothly. This will establish the foundation for marching towards the lean production in the future.
