The global financial crisis of2008, for all walks of life have brought powerfulconcussion, especially manufacturing industry, most of the enterprises are faced with reducedorders, overstaffing, overcapacity, enterprise losses, capital chain rupture or even bankruptcyordeal. And how in such a bad economic environment and increasingly fierce competition inthe market seek survival and development, enterprises need to seek new profit point ofgrowth. Logistics as the third profit source is also more and more get the wide attention ofpeople, especially the production logistics, as a modern logistics and modern productionindispensable part, its efficiency directly affects the overall efficiency of enterpriseproduction system, its improvement can bring for the enterprise directly or indirectly profitgrowth.In this paper, taking an enterprise (hereinafter referred to as P) board manufacturingproduction logistics management as an example of its existing production logistics problemsthat exist in the analysis and research. The paper describes the production logisticsmanagement and the basic concepts of value stream management related to the theoreticalknowledge. The production logistics and value flow theory to the improvement of enterpriseproduction logistics, improve production efficiency to provide the powerful theory support.Application of value stream analysis to P company’s existing production logistics model ofresearch, found that material process is lengthy, and repeat on the point; the conventionallinear production lines operating mode is unable to adapt to many varieties of small batchproduction, diversification of switching frequency, changeover time is long, shipping cycle islong wait for a problem, this problem on the basis of board factory, according to the actualsituation, proposed one kind based on the value stream analysis production logistics optimization method, this method is based on the value stream mapping method, through thevalue stream mapping, to find out the effect of production logistics smooth points and in theproduction logistics, non value-added activities, through a combination of related materials,material collection action, optimize the work flow, material pull system implementation, sothat the materials from the original14H was reduced to2H; for the establishment ofproduction lines Cell line production mode, using Kanban system, implementation of thesame series products modular production and modular delivery, reduce the delivery cycle.
