The production logistics and value flow theory to the improvement of enterpriseproduction logistics, improve production efficiency to provide the powerful theory support.Application of value stream analysis to P company’s existing production logistics model ofresearch, found that material process is lengthy, and repeat on the point; the conventionallinear production lines operating mode is unable to adapt to many varieties of small batchproduction, diversification of switching frequency, changeover time is long, shipping cycle islong wait for a problem, this problem on the basis of board factory, according to the actualsituation, proposed one kind based on the value stream analysis production logistics optimization method, this method is based on the value stream mapping method, through thevalue stream mapping, to find out the effect of production logistics smooth points and in theproduction logistics, non value-added activities, through a combination of related materials,material collection action, optimize the work flow, material pull system implementation, sothat the materials from the original14H was reduced to2H; for the establishment ofproduction lines Cell line production mode, using Kanban system, implementation of thesame series products modular production and modular delivery, reduce the delivery cycle.
