With the application of Internet technology becoming increasing popular,coupled with advantages of job recruitment network in informationdissemination speed, service costs, time investment, the network job recruit isfavored by more and more people, and has become one of the most importantrecruitment methods.However, since the2008financial crisis, the online recruitment industryhas not been recovered from the "hit"---the three recruitment sites (Zhaopin,ChinaHR,51job) earnings huge loss, and other small and medium business ofrecruitment does not better. A series of questions such as homogenization ofthe vicious competition, lack of business model innovation, capital bottleneckof sustainable development take a serious test of the entire recruitment servicesindustry. Such a situation is the favorable opportunity of the new businessmodel development.In this article, in the background of H talent consulting firm I had workedfor and combined with the current development of Chinese online recruitment market, we pointed out that the H talent consulting company cannotcopy the existing business model of online recruitment and is badly in theneed of business model innovation; In the second part, we summarized theadvantages and disadvantages of the existing business model of onlinerecruitment and business model innovation and operation theories which arethe theoretical basis of the strategy of the entire article; In the third part, onthe basis of the analysis of H company and the questionnaire data we designeda new business models which is suitable for development of H company andinvestigated new business models and innovative mechanisms. The newbusiness models mentioned in this article mainly related to two things: One isthe scoring mechanism of the user and enterprise, and the other is thebiographical information PPC mechanism; In the fourth part, by the use ofSWOT analysis and the theory of business models operating strategy, we havegiven H company reasonable advices on how to operate a new businessmodel. |
