Study on the optimization of personnel recruitment system of Shaanxi XX Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,is not only the new requirements of the reform of the domestic pharmaceutical industry,but also the inherent demand of Shaanxi XX pharmaceutical company.At present,the theoretical research on recruitment management mainly focuses on three areas,namely,the research of job motivation,the evaluation of job seekers and the recruitment technology.In this context,this paper takes the personnel recruitment system of Shaanxi XX pharmaceutical company as the research object,and takes the optimization of the personnel recruitment system as the goal,according to the problems raised,analysis and problem-solving ideas.The study found that recruitment management of Shaanxi XX pharmaceutical company is mainly responsible for the human resources recruitment management office,human resources planning recruitment in the preparatory work before the specific business plan not complete,mainly manifested in the lack of supporting plan and training development plan;personnel problems mainly screen fair and professional the lack of occupation and occupation characteristics of personality test,interview in the written test in the link is questioned;the recruitment assessment of the EIA process the main problem for the recruitment of professional recruitment,not the outcome of the assessment is not in place and the recruitment cost assessment is too simple.The reason for the problem is the lack of attention to recruitment management,the lack of scientific and reasonable recruitment management programs and recruitment management team is not very professional.Shaanxi XX pharmaceutical company personnel recruitment system optimization program,in accordance with the recruitment process is divided into a sound human resources planning,improve the recruitment process,the establishment of the recruitment of three aspects of the evaluation system.This paper first puts forward four steps to develop the human resources department human resources planning and strategy planning,organization planning,system planning,education and training planning,cost planning,specific information such as human resources planning content.And then put forward measures to improve the screening of personnel in the written examination of the link to increase the test of professional personality characteristics and career interest test,the interview process needs to improve professionalism and impartiality.Finally,the evaluation of the recruitment assessment included the evaluation cycle of recruitment and recruitment recruitment method after the establishment;including the assessment of effectiveness of recruitment,recruitment departments satisfaction assessment results;recruitment cost evaluation includes recruitment cost utility and benefit cost ratio.In addition,the implementation of the personnel recruitment system optimization program of Shaanxi XX pharmaceutical company needs personnel security,financial security and institutional guarantee.
