Today, the social economy is developing fast, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. With the emergence of electronic commerce, many industry rookies appear with new business model for the market, and made great achievements. This triggered the study of business model and business model innovation in academic circles. Management guru Peter Deruk once said: Today, the competition between enterprises is not the competition between products, but between the business models. Therefore, the research is important for the survival and development of retail enterprises on business model innovation, especially retail business model innovation.Liaoning province is located in the northeast area of China, since the foundation of new China, Liaoning gradually accumulate heavy industry advantage, coupled with its coastal area, and the policy advantages of invigorating the old industrial base of the Northeast, Liaoning Province commercial retail enterprise get vigorous development. But, with the rapid development of social economy, retail enterprises of Liaoning province are also faced with the problem of business model innovation. Nowadays business model has become the key to the success or failure of enterprise management. Business model innovation for the retail enterprises is very important. So, what are the factors that affect business model innovation of the retail enterprises in Liaoning province?Through consulting a large number of research literature and in-depth individual enterprise practice research, this paper focuses on the study of business model innovation in the recombination of business model components, and uses the retail enterprises in Liaoning province as an sample to study the factors affecting the business model. So this article belongs to the exploratory study. This article is based on a large number of literature research and field research, guided by the driving force of innovation theory. The factors will affect the business model innovation is divided into nine in this paper. These nine factors can be divided into internal factors(enterprise culture, quality of policy makers, technical support, team creativity) and the external influence factors(enterprise strategy and external environment, competitors, partners, customer requirements). This article assumes that team creativity and enterprise strategy respectively play a mediating role in the internal and external factors in these nine factors. Policy makers’ quality, enterprise culture, and technical support plays a role on the business model innovation through the role of the mediation of team creativity; The external environment, competitors, partners, customers demand plays a role on the business model innovation through the role of the mediation of corporate strategy. Then in view of the region of retail enterprises in liaoning province to carry out questionnaire survey. Combining with statistics software SPSS and Amos structural equation software,this paper made structure modeling and data analysis for the influence factors of the business model innovation,for the retail enterprises in Liaoning province.The results showed that: Enterprise strategy, policy makers’ quality, enterprise culture, technical support, team creativity, competition, partner, customer demand and the external environment has a positive effect on retail sales enterprise business model innovation. Team creativity has intermediary effect to the impact bettwen policy makers’ quality, corporate culture and business model innovation, without intermediary role bettwen the technical support and business model innovation; Enterprise strategy has intermediary effect to the impact bettwen the external environment, competitors, partners, customer demand and business model innovation.Finally, combining with the conclusion of this study, we give some ideas and Suggestions from internal and external for business model innovation of retail enterprises in liaoning province in this paper.Firstly,Combined with the internal factors, retail enterprises should improve the innovative ability of enterprise itself to enhance enterprise’s core competitiveness;Secondly, retail enterprises should use external conditions to enhance enterprise innovation ability.
