Based on the multi-objective decision theory, this thesis evaluates constructionprograms with construction period, cost, construction quality and the balance ofresource. Determine comprehensive score of construction programs with correlationmatrix method, and select the optimal construction program for the Beijing GRP airconditioning engineering project.Company often ignores the impact of process duration to direct engineering costs.It’s not correct that all the constructions have the same direct engineering costs withenterprise quota directly. The thesis uses the enterprise quota and actual project costsinformation to analyses the relation between process duration with direct engineeringcosts, and the relation between process duration with construction quality. Predictscost and construction quality evaluation index based on analyzing all the constructionprograms. Selects variance of human resource demand as the indicator of the balanceof resources to analyze. Calculates the variance of human resource demand based onanalyzing the plan of human resource plans.There are different evaluations and selections because various departmentsconsider their interests or be from their own professional points. They make valuationfor construction programs only with their experience and have no quantitativevaluation for programs. In the thesis, use Klee(Klee, a correlation matrix method) toquantify the weights between evaluation indexes and the scores of evaluation indexes,calculate the weighted scores for each program. Finally supplies theoretical basis forchoosing construction program. Compared with the conventional experience method,it’s more convincing. Now correlation matrix method has been widely applied tosolve the design of construction projects, the choice of large or medium civilconstruction program, determine important venders etc. Hope the comprehensiveevaluation method can also be widely promoted and application in large or mediumprofessional contracting projects.After studied the Beijing GRP air conditioning engineering project, analyzed theimpact of process duration to direct engineering costs, there will be great meaning tocontrol the cost of the project and improve project management in the future. It wouldprovide some reference to important and complex project design, selection of keyequipment suppliers etc. in the future after correlation matrix method has been used in GRP project.
