The Research On Innovation Network Synchronization Based On General Technology Diffusion And Absorption

General technology is a basic technology, it relates to a region or an industry’s technological base.With the collaboration in enterprises, universities and research institutes, rounding business needs,General technological innovation network has been formed and rapidly growing through the Researchand development of research institutes, guidance and support of government, and building the bridges byintermediary organizations. The problems which are how to make the general technology spread rapidlyand absorb effective, how general technology in a smaller technology cycle to maximize the benefits toimprove the technical basis of regional or industry, and promoting the technical stability have been thefocus all the time. From the perspective of general technology’s spread and absorption, this paper isstudying on the synchronization problems about balance and stability of general technology of innovationnetworks, and standing business point of view, respectively, analyzing the diffusion and absorption ofgeneral technology from external and internal corporate, makes the study of innovation networksynchronization is more reasonable.Firstly, based on various types of references, this article analyzed the theories ofgeneral technology, the diffusion and absorption of general technology and the synchronizationof innovation network, and proposed own foothold. Then, according to the references, this articleanalyzed the relationship between Innovation network node and diffusion and absorption ofgeneral technology, and reflected from the side that diffusion and absorption of general technologyaffect the validity of the effect of innovation network synchronization. In the third place, built on thetheory of SIR model, smoke filter model and the threshold value of the mathematical model, this paperbuilt the diffusion model and absorption model, and arrived at the impact of factors of general technologydiffusion and absorption. Further more, this paper analyzed the relationship between innovative networknode and the various factors, and drawn innovation network synchronization model of diffusion andabsorption which based on common technology. At last, studying and analyzing electronicinformation industry in Jiangsu Province as a case, with the ways of questionnaire, comparative analysis,combining relevant literature of Jiangsu Province Bureau of Statistics with the National Bureauof Statistics, this paper analyzed the status of diffusion and absorption of general technology andinnovation network synchronization, and made constructive comments about problems of electronicinformation industry in Innovation network in Jiangsu Province.
