As an important enterprise resource, human resource influences the coreompetitiveness of the enterprise and decides the enterprise’s prosperity and decline.Keeping high personnel stability has gradually become one of the most important goalsfor the enterprise human resource management. After China’s entry into WTO, theprivate enterprises grow rapidly, but high turnover rate has been a major problem to theprivate enterprises. Therefore, this article choosing the topic of administrativeemployees’ resignation from HZ training school has both theoretic and practicalmeanings.Combination of the theoretical and empirical studies adopted, this paper firstlyintroduces the related resignation theory, model and the research situation domesticallyand internationally. Secondly, the reason of resignation and its influence are concludedbased on the human resource basic situation and resignation interview record of HZtraining school. And then, the resignation model is built based on the above theory andresignation factors. Next, questionnaires are handed to administrative personnel of HZtraining school. The SPSS10.0statistical software is used, by the way of reliabilityanalysis and project analysis, narrative statistics, T verification, one-way anova andmultivariate regression analysis of data analysis to summarize the influence ofresignation tendency caused by work satisfaction and organizational commitment, etc.Finally, prevention measures against resignation are suggested: to establish a commondevelopment vision to enhance administrative personnel to the school identity; toincrease the administrative personnel in the school policy formulation and developmentplanning opportunities; to subtly shape the administrative staff’s moral values, toperfect the school promotion system, to improve the school training plan, to buildbenign communication platform for colleagues and to increase employee benefits, etc.In short, employee turnover is one of the important problems the enterprises needto focus on. Usually one or several factors make the employees to make a final decisionto quit. The enterprises should take active measures to reduce staff turnover rate andretain talents by trying to find out their deficiencies, especially on human resource management and the analysis of the reason of employee turnover.
