The Research On The Highest Price-Confined Of Economical Housing Based On Game Theory In Xi’an

With the development of economic and society in our country, the theory ofeconomic housing is presented, and its purpose is to solve the problem of themiddle-low income families’ housing, which could influence stable of society anddevelopment of national economy. With the practical experience in recent years, thetheory of economic housing has remitted part of the problem of housing, optimized thesupply structure, promoted the growth of economic, meanwhile, it has controlled theprice of housing. However, a series of problem and contradiction have emerged with thedevelopment of economic. Therefore, it is necessary to study the existing theory toimprove it, and find the affect reason of development of economic, meanwhile, find theprice method of economic more scientific. The supply amount should be increased, theprice should be confined, and the problem of the middle-low income families’ housingcan be solved better.First, this paper analyze the policy, supply and price of economic housing in xi’an,find the existing problems and its causes are obtained. Then, with the game theory, theprofit and loss of all rounds can be analyzed, and different strategies of profitmaximization for all rounds can be gained, on which the existing defects can be pointedout based. For the sake of perfecting the theory of economic housing, it is presented thetactics of “benefit”, and the highest price-confined model of economic housing can beset up through the tactics of “benefit”. At the same time, the feasibility and practicalityof the model can be verified with a certain economic housing project.This paper hope that with the highest price-confined model of economic housingsets up, which can provide decision basis for the government, strategy basis for the realestate company, price information for the consumers, meanwhile, provide some reference for other cities.
