The rapid development of China’s economy kindled the commercial real estatedevelopment boom, and have sprouted is the rise of commercial real estate projects,commercial real estate in our country’s present a rapid development trend.Commercialreal estate is one who has a real estate, business and investment triple characteristics ofintegrated industry, it is different from the triple characteristics of pure investment orbusiness, and the difference between pure residential real estate, it is divided outside thegenerality of the real estate, and many of its own characteristics.
