Research On Coordination Management Of Closed-loop Supply Chain With Price-discount Contract

In recent years， more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to theEOL(End-of-life)product recycling, Closed loop supply chain has become the futuredevelopment direction of supply chain. But the closed loop supply chain is differentwith the traditional supply chain, in addition to face all kinds of frequent occurrence ofunexpected events and rapid change of the market competition environment, theclosed-loop supply chain also need to solve more complex interest coordinationproblem.Supply chain contract as one of the main mechanisms for the coordination ofclosed-loop supply chain has been praised by academic circles and business circles.Based on the research of price-discount contract with the newsvendor problem,theCoordination Management problem of the closed-loop supply chain coordination indifferent stage are discussed,an effective contract parameters are designed,an improvedprice-discount contract that has anti-disruption ability is proposed,and closed-loopsupply chain to deal with the emergent event is efffective achieved.The problem of the closed-loop supply chain coordination with price-discountcontract is discucced.By using cooperative game theory,a model is built up to discussprice-discount contract.In the two-stage closed-loop supply chain,we ananlyse themodel of coordination mechanism. This coordination may be impaired by an emergentevent which results in demand disruption.An improved price-discount contract that hasanti-disruption ability is proposed,and demonstration that improved price-discountcontract can be achieved on the emergent event.The problem of closed-loop supply chain coordination under disruptions withprice-discount contract is discussed.The supply chain system consists of onesupplier,one distributor and one retailer,when faced with stochastic marketdemang,coordinatin is possible with price-discount contract under some settings. Thiscoordination may be impaired by an emergent event which results in demanddisruption.An optimal stratery for closed-loop supply chain to deal with the disruption isgiven,and an improved price-discount contract that hs anti-disruption ability isproposed.
