Corporate social responsibility(CSR)is defined as a corporate behavior that displays social and ethical responsibility to its array of stakeholders(e.g.,customers,employees,communities,supply chain members,etc.).There are five dimensions of CSR,i.e.,environmental,social,economic,stakeholder,and voluntariness.Through there is no a precise or a unique definition of CSR,many firms recognize that they can obtain additional benefits from enhancing their reputation and the ability to generate profits by integrating CSR into their business routines.In recent years,CSR has been receiving notable attentions from the business community and academia.A closed-loop supply chain(CLSC)includes not only the traditional forward supply chain but also the additional reverse supply chain.The management of closed-loop supply chain has gained growing attentions form both business community and academic research because of concerns of natural resource shortages and environmental deterioration in recent years.Especially,the pricing and coordination of a closed-loop supply chain has become a hot research topic in the modern supply chain management field.Supply chain disruption management(SCDM)is related to demonstrate how the firm deals with the supply chain disruption.Since supply chain disruption management has an important effect on the firm's benefits,it has been received an enormous amount of attentions from the business community as well as from the academia in the recent times.The study on the pricing and coordination of a CSR closed-loop supply chain or the coordination of a closed-loop supply chain with disruption has been conducted currently.However,the coordination of a CSR closed-loop supply chain with disruption should be considered in practice.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and analyze such problems.The purpose of this thesis is to make a deep theoretical analysis and methodological research on the coordination of a CSR closed-loop supply chain with disruption.A series of research works are conducted as follows.First,the coordination problem of a CSR closed-loop supply chain with disruption is described,and the corresponding theoretical framework for the research problem is proposed.In order to making the research system clear,the research problem is classified into three categories according to the basic operational modes of a closed-loop supply chain,i.e.,the coordination problem of a CSR closed-loop supply chain with manufacturer collection and disruption,the coordination problem of a CSR closed-loop supply chain with retailer collection and disruption,and the coordination problem of a CSR closed-loop supply chain with third-party collection and disruption.The three coordination problems are described,respectively.And the corresponding theoretical frameworks for the three research problems are proposed,respectively.These basic research works mentioned above make the study of coordination problems addressed in this thesis to be theoretically systemic.They provide a theoretical guidance framework and analytical framework to the related problems.Second,the study on the coordination of a CSR closed-loop supply chain with manufacturer collection and disruption is conducted.Specifically,it mainly includes the following two aspects:On the one hand,the study on the coordination of a closed-loop supply chain with a socially responsible manufacturer and disruption is conducted.First,a coordination strategy is proposed to solve the coordination problem of a closed-loop supply chain with a socially responsible manufacturer under normal scenarios.Then,the impacts of the market demand disruption on the optimal strategies of centralized closed-loop supply chain and the coordination of the closed-loop supply chain are analyzed,respectively.Further,a coordination strategy is proposed to solve the coordination problem of a closed-loop supply chain with a socially responsible manufacturer and demand disruption.The several conclusions are obtained,i.e.,the revenue-sharing contract can coordinate the CSR closed-loop supply chain with manufacturer collection under normal scenarios;when the market demand disruption happens,the original revenue-sharing contract cannot coordinate the CSR closed-loop supply chain with manufacturer collection;when the market demand disruption happens,the improved revenue-sharing contract can coordinate the CSR closed-loop supply chain with manufacturer collection.On the other hand,the study on the coordination of a closed-loop supply chain with a socially responsible retailer and disruption is conducted.First,a coordination strategy is proposed to solve the coordination problem of a closed-loop supply chain with a socially responsible retailer under normal scenarios.Then,the impacts of the market demand disruption on the optimal strategies of centralized closed-loop supply chain and the coordination of the closed-loop supply chain are analyzed,respectively.Further,a coordination strategy is proposed to solve the coordination problem of a closed-loop supply chain with a socially responsible retailer and demand disruption.The several the CSR closed-loop supply chain with retailer collection.Forth,the study on the coordination of a CSR closed-loop supply chain with third-party collection and disruption is conducted.Specifically,it mainly includes the following two aspects:On the one hand,the study on the coordination of a closed-loop supply chain with a socially responsible manufacturer and disruption is conducted.First,a a theoretical guidance framework and methodical and technical framework to solve the coordination problem of a CSR closed-loop supply chain with disruption,and also lays a solid foundation to the extension and application of the related study.
