Construction industry is the basis for national economic construction industry, in economic and social development plays a vital role. The forefront of China’s construction industry as the market is one of very intense competition in the market has always been China’s accession to WTO, foreign large-scale construction companies have entered the domestic construction market, aggravated by the intensity of competition. Small and medium construction enterprises with the production because of liquidity, diversification of construction, comprehensive coordination and characteristics of labor-intensive, so the risks and threats has been a large industry groups. SR enterprise is a small and medium sized construction company, with certain professional qualifications, however, and foreign and domestic large-scale construction companies compared to S R enterprise in terms of personnel, professional qualifications in both areas at a disadvantage; the same time, small and medium enterprises account for building construction the vast majority of enterprises today, the S R enterprise is in building a more competitive environment. S R enterprise in terms of how strong opponents such as the forest market, won the survival and development space is a realistic and urgent issue.This paper attempts to use innovation theory, combined with the characteristics of China’s construction industry, and S R enterprise their own situation, the S R enterprise for the future of innovation and development model of the initial exploration. This paper is divided into six parts:Chapter 1, on order. This paper mainly introduced the background, research significance, and major research ideas and research content.Chapter 2, Literature Review. This chapter begins by describing the Smith and innovative ideas of Marx and Schumpeter’s innovation theory, and summarized in this paper on the understanding of business innovation; followed by an analytical introduction to the construction enterprise innovation capability structure; Finally, according to research presented several common enterprise innovation and development model.Chapter 3, China’s construction industry features and analysis of external environment for small and medium construction enterprises. This section first analyzes the characteristics of the city’s construction industry, and compared the development of China’s construction industry the gap with foreign countries; and from the macro-and micro-analysis of small and medium construction enterprises in the external environment, in which the macro level, mainly from the political and legal environment, economic environment, socio-cultural environment and technological environment in four areas, micro-main aspects of Porter’s "Five Forces" competition theoretical analysis of the industry competitive environment.Chapter 4, the S R enterprise internal environmental analysis. This chapter is divided into two parts, first introduced the basic situation of the construction of S R enterprise, including business history and current development status, etc.; then analyzes the current development of S R enterprise problems, mainly including strategic positioning, internal management and qualification application and so on.Chapter 5, the study of S R enterprise’s innovative model of development. This chapter is a key to the full text, first discussed the S R enterprise’s strategies innovation, management innovation, market innovation and technological innovation in the major form of strategic innovation using SWOT method to determine the three major Swiss construction of alternative strategies and the choice of strategic objectives, management innovation, including human resource management innovation, procurement and project management innovation, construction site management innovation, market innovation are mainly based on three Swedish state of the building of the current market introduction of new market development strategy, technological innovation, including product innovation and process innovation, and the corresponding technical innovative approach; chapter concluded the construction of the S R enterprise innovation and development model strategic innovation as the forerunner, to manage innovation as the main driving force to achieve construction of interaction of the S R enterprise innovation and development model.Chapter 6, the conclusion. This study was primarily a brief summary of this paper and pointed out the shortcomings.This innovation is mainly reflected in the following aspects:First, S R enterprise, for example, discusses the construction of small and medium enterprise innovation development model. Through strategic innovation, management innovation, market innovation and technological innovation to form a complete model of innovation and development of construction enterprises.Second, the S R enterprise for the future development of a preliminary exploration, and made relevant recommendations. This detailed analysis of the S R enterprise construction and development problems, and in accordance with these problems, the future development of the S R enterprise made recommendations accordingly.The author hopes that this study on the S R enterprise of the future innovation and development of referential significance. However, due to their own capacity constraints, a lot of depth and detail of issues that need to be further study.
