For enterprise,elite is very important as it is closely related to the development and growth. Elite’s building depend on enterprise’s training and education., Insurance companies could train highly qualified elite who is the key to determining future pattern.Training is a direct way to creating high-quality elite. In order to improve the ability of learning and strengthen the building of insurance elite, insurance companies need to improve the effectiveness of staff’s training, Only in this way, can our companies keep own competitiveness in today’s market and promote the development of national insurance industry.As our insurance industry is still in its infancy, education and training develop not enough. Although bringing in and learning a foreign advanced theory and modern technology. to some extent,promote the development of staff training of the domestic insurance company, there is still a long way to explore a mode which combines employee training and Chinese characteristics. The aim of this topic is to solve the above problems. We choose staff training of CLIC(China Life Insurance Company), which is one of leading Life Insurance Agency in China as the research version to help training personnel in Chinese insurance. The writer researched establishment of corporation training system in angle of personnel management, so that we can integrate the elements appeared in personnel training, improve efficiency of training and speed up the process of personnel training in insurance field.The article was divided into five parts:The first part was introduction, which introduced the background、purpose and methods of examination、and domestic and foreign research Status. Firstly,introduced the high---speed development of insurance industry and created a large demand of insurance professionals. The purposes is to make people realize the importance and urgency of training, improve education and training system of life insurance company’s elite building, ensure plenty of excellent staff for company. Furthermore, this part also introduced the methods we used and define the staff in our article. secondly, introduced the domestic and foreign research status,since insurance industry started late in china, education and training is imperfect,the relevant literature is relatively limited, current research focuses on the macro -theory.The second part of education introduced China life insurance staff structure and quality of the status in three aspects, that is education, professional title and age constitution. It also introduce life insurance staff education and training in China at present of the organization and management system, the main form, funds and training in content. On the organization and management systems of China life,training department in charge of staff training and personal insurance department is responsible for sales training. The main forms of training include education training, target training, short-term training and so on. Besides, this part introduced the training investment of teachers and the infrastructure construction. Finally, we introduced the training content of China Life insurance, that is, standard training, non-standard training, and some special training courses; and described the current training problems in China Life, which is a lack of concern and recognition of training ideally, a shortcoming of scientific and systematic sense in organization and management, deficiency of needs analysis and assessment analysis in training system,and not smooth in training running.The third part introduced the New York Life’s " Gold system ", which aimed at agents training and the organization and management system settings, " Gold system " is a set of effective training methods which can train first-class agents and it has been recognized and recommended in insurance industry. In the organization and management system settings, we also introduced the ZhongYi Life which has a clear division in labor organization and management structure as mirror. Moreover, this part described the latest trend of employees training in modern enterprise, that is, more and more concern has been put on staff educating and training; with the help of this training system, enterprise molds itself as a "learning enterprise"; the methods of education and training is a flexible and technologic; the trend of education and training is socialized cooperative and market-oriented; education and training becomes scientific, systemic and programmatic. The fourth part mainly proposed some suggestions for the improvement of the education and training system of China Life Insurance Company at present.1. In the organization and management systems, it is suggested that we should learn the experience of ZhongYi Life Insurance Company to realize the unification of management and a clear division of responsibilities, ensure each performs its own functions. We also proposed organization and management principles and ideas of education and training, including the following:(1) a clear division of responsibilities, (2) corporate training and special training, (3) comprehensive training strategy, (4) individualized, differentiated training strategy, (5) professional training strategies.2. To improve the training needs analysis system, the author did a certain division of responsibility of managers who engaged in needs analysis, raised a variety of effective methods to obtain information, suggested the necessary of integration and optimization of these information.3. In the assessment of the later training, the author made some suggestions and methods related to the deficiency of the second chapter by reading a lot of books and papers in Principles of Management, introduced the principles and methods of assessment and the application of assessment result.4. lastly,In training for the operating mechanism, the paper focuses on the lack of it,provided the some methods and measures, hoped to provide some reference, aimed at improving the efficiency of the mechanism.The fifth part is about the implementation for the education and train of China Life Insurance. In the respect of guarantee of the organization and management, senior management’s support is very important and the human resources department’s active lead can’t be ignored; To guarantee the staff comply the institution and discipline, we proposed to create a equitable competitive environment, improve the system of reward and penalty, and establish the supervising system for the daily management and training. In terms of guarantee the scientific research and information technology, we emphasized the significance of research and development by ourselves; In order to accelerate the rate of training achievement transform to application, we emphasized the positive encourage from the leaders and the fellows that will supply more chance for the trainees to use the new technical. The last part is the conclusion about this paper.This innovation of this topic is that making the corresponding sound、some feasible methods and strong recommendations for the current problems of china life staff in second chapter, in the training needs analysis,proposed several ways to obtain information on training needs, in the assessment of the implementation process, author try to use kirkpatrick’ four levels of evaluation criteria in the analysis.
