Research On The Construction Of Training System Of WX Life Company

With the increasing competition in China's insurance industry,the challenges faced by China's insurance companies are increasing.As we all know,the core of the market competition is the competition of talents,which is the competition of human resources.As the main business of the main participants,the insurance industry is the market competition,so for the insurance company,the internal staff training and improve the training system is a important method to enhance the agent's ability to work and the future development of enterprises.This thesis takes the WX insurance company as a case,and analyzes and describes the company personnel internal training system in detail,and a questionnaire survey is established for the China Life Insurance Company of the training objectives and the status of the investigation,the results of the study show that there is an obvious gap between the current status of China Life Insurance Company and training objective.Then,based on analysis of the specific circumstances of the training center of WX insurance company,this paper analyses the reasons of the gap between the target and the present situation,and pointed out that the current training mode of WX insurance company,training evaluation,concept of human resources have a big problem,so the center of training system of China Life Insurance Company cannot meet the current needs of employees;then this paper designs the heavy training system of China Life Insurance Company,the new training mechanism launch from three aspects from three levels:government level,industry level,enterprise level,and redesigned the training system from the macro to micro.In many insurance companies,training system of China Life Insurance Company are similar to WX insurance company's,so through the analysis of marketing staff training system of WX insurance company,we can develop effective marketing training system and safeguard measures,which has important positive significance for the healthy and rapid development of training system of China Life Insurance Company.
