However, due to the size of the logistics enterprises themselves, relying on different industries, information-based level, differences in corporate governance, entrepreneurship and so the size constraints, logistics information to give the benefits of size are the not the same.At present, the domestic logistics enterprise information issues for the research have been focused on the application of technical research, which is the main study various information technology applications in the logistics of how to achieve its maximum value. Often ignore information technology in logistics information technology to bring the process of change or the impact of restructuring, and the comprehensive application of information technology allows enterprises to integrate all aspects of an integrated service advantage, optimizing overall logistics costs and improve logistics services quality.This paper studies the logistics is not a specific technology, but consider the information in the logistics process, through strategic thinking, consider how holistic, long-term, basic, take full advantage of information technology to enhance enterprise core competitiveness. This article aims to review the basis of previous studies, in-depth business information search process, how the introduction of strategic thinking, and improving the application of information technology capabilities to address common information process problems.
