After more than 40 years of development through reform and opening up,China’s socialist market economy has gradually matured,and the position of enterprise production technology and resources in enterprise competition has gradually declined.Competition between enterprises has shifted to the competition of enterprise spiritual culture.Building a correct corporate culture can play a positive role in enterprise production,operation,and daily management,allowing enterprises to occupy a favorable position in market competition.The main battlefield of competition for modern enterprises has shifted to the battlefield of corporate culture.To maintain a favorable market position in fierce competition,enterprises must attach importance to the construction of corporate culture.This article first analyzes the current research status of corporate culture at home and abroad,and organizes the theory and models of corporate culture diagnosis.It focuses on introducing common tools for corporate culture diagnosis,such as Edgar Schein’s qualitative evaluation method,Hofstad’s cultural dimension theory,Dennison’s organizational culture model,Chatman’s organizational culture profile,and Quinn’s organizational culture model;Secondly,based on the characteristics of LS company,the OCAI scale of the Quinn organizational culture model was selected as the measurement tool for corporate culture.Based on this scale,a survey questionnaire was designed and the data was collected and organized.Using the Quine organizational culture model and in-depth interviews,analyze and diagnose the problems and causes of LS company’s corporate culture;Finally,based on the issues and causes of corporate culture,specific improvement measures and implementation guarantee systems are proposed for LS company’s corporate culture construction.Through this study,it was found that the OCAI scale results showed that the current corporate culture of LS company is mainly characterized by hierarchical cultural characteristics,followed by tribal cultural characteristics.LS company needs to further strengthen its hierarchical and market-oriented cultural characteristics,and appropriately weaken its tribal and temporary institutional cultural characteristics;A quantitative diagnostic analysis was conducted through face-to-face interviews on the current status and expectations of LS company’s corporate culture.LS company focuses on institutional and team building,which is consistent with the results of the OCAI scale and proves the reliability of the conclusion.
