As one of the key parts of modern enterprise management,enterprise culture can play the role of goal orientation,standard behavior,cohesion,encourage innovation and motivation inside,and also build up a nice social reputation image.Therefore,corporate culture and scientific management system play an equally important role in promoting the realization of corporate strategy,gathering the people's heart together and the enthusiasm of employees.How to build a good corporate culture has become an essential topic for scholars and managers to consider about and practice.YK group,as a private enterprise with diversified development,mainly involves two major fields-materials and engineering.It focus on solar wafer,semiconductor line cutting blade material,high-purity,ultra-fine abrasive material,fine ceramic material R&D production and promotion selling as well.Also,it has some project related to municipal construction like road or bridge building.In recent years,the group has been developing and expanding constantly,and the construction of corporate culture has been gradually carried out.With the integration of traditional culture and the construction of party group,the group has earned some reputation in the industry.However,in the new situation between opportunities and challenges,facing the changes from internal and external environment,strategy and organization structure adjustment during during the transition period,there are still many problems in YK group's corporate culture construction.How to optimize and improve the existing corporate culture to make it more perfect and mature is of great significance and significant for improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise,improving the management level,maximize employee motivation and sense of ownership,and also promoting the effective improvement of individual and organizational contribution.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for YK group to optimize a more scientific,systematic,mature and humanized corporate culture.This paper,based on the basic theory and method of enterprise culture,aiming at YK group present situation and problems of the enterprise culture construction,has provide a optimized idea and primary proposal for YK enterprises culture after detailed analysis,measurement and evaluation.It aimed at optimizing the construction idea of enterprise culture for the next step,to deliver efficient method and effectively improve management level,drive enterprise management become more scientific and humanistic,also it set up a great reference for related industries of similar enterprise size at the meantime.
