Since reform and opening, China’s economy, an unprecedented large-scale development, has become the world’s largest consumer market and transmission and distribution equipment manufacturing base, the industry growth rate also ranks the highest in the world. Transmission and distribution industry has become the focus of attention of a national industry, increasing infrastructure, which focus on stimulating domestic demand. With increasing market opportunities and customers increasingly rational consumer psychology, market competition becomes increasingly fierce. Meanwhile, witnessed by the world in 2008 the sudden financial crisis, many enterprises owning to the sudden financial crisis that lose their competitiveness in the past, have to decline, restructure, merger, or even lose life. Late start, weak foundation on transmission and distribution equipment manufacturing enterprises in China, how to adapt to the complex and cruel competition of the times change, so healthy and stable development, has become national and industry topics of common concern.This paper, through four Sichuan Ruida Electric Co.
