The Study Of Domestic Service Enterprises Human Capitai Investment

In recent years, with the economic development and the continuous improvement of living standards in Chengdu, urban residents’demand for living services and family management increasingly high,in this situation, domestic services come into being and become an emerging industry in current market economy conditions. Domestic service enterprises as the main body providing in-home service have been created, access to a broad space for development and marketing, showing the vibrant development vitality. However, due to the restriction of domestic service itself and the external environment, domestic service enterprises’ development and growth appear many limitations and difficulties. This paper with the perspective of human capital investment and the guide of human capital theory, selecting Chengdu Women’s Federation domestic service chain-store as an object to study human capital investment of domestic service enterprises, proposes to improve human capital investment strategy.The whole text can be divided into three parts. The first part, with human capital, human capital investment and other related theories analyzes the related content of domestic service human Capital and clears the direction and goals. The second part selects Chengdu Women’s Federation domestic service chain-store human capital investment to analyze, while using SWOT analysis method lists the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of its human capital investment. The third part is proposed improvement strategy of domestic service human capital investment based on those two parts, and analyzes internal measures and external measures from the external environment, introduction of talents, training, investment protection and so on. Through these proposals hope to have a certain reference on the development of domestic service enterprises, improve the level of competition and strength, and overall promote the development of domestic service in Chengdu.
