Currently, some foreign advanced management and technology of supply chain has been accepted by the small and medium-sized enterprises in china. Supply chain management for small and medium-sized enterprises aims at improving efficiency of supply chain and customer satisfaction. And it finally maximizes the benefits of the entire supply chain. In its practice, the staff and enterprises in the supply chain often do something for their private interests which hasn’t benefit for the supply chain .Human behavior prefers to benefits maximization, and it may significantly affect the supply chain management; many decisions made by members in supply chain will usually based on their own interests. These decisions make their own private interests to maximize and neglect other members interests or the interests of the whole supply chain. The paper establishes mathematical models for the two behaviors to analyze the causes of them. Then the paper uses the two cases by the model above to resolve the problem of the employee’s personal behavior problems and supply chain members behavior in the supply chain for supply chain management. And in accordance with the analysis, it gives the appropriate solution. Finally, paper has given some feasible observations and recommendations to change employees ’ personal gain behavior, including effective incentive and establishing a code of ethics. It as well as gives recommendations and opinions about suppression of personal gain behavior of the supply chain members, such as information sharing, monitoring, effective competition in the market and the establishment of collaborative strategic partnership.
