With the economic globalization and the development of the information technology, the theory of supply chain management is undergoing profound and complex changes. The province of supply chain research has already extended horizontally and vertically. The value of reverse logistics have constantly visualized since the consciousness of environmental protection is strengthened. Subsequently, Closed-loop Supply chain appeared, a brand-new supply chain model, which is the combination of Supply Chain Management and Sustainable Development Concept. This new model has potential in promoting the performance of supply chain since it not only brings economic benefits to enterprise but also improves the social benefits of enterprise. This fledgling and burgeoning field has rapidly taken an important place in the scope of supply chain management research.Closed-loop supply chain emphasizes on the issues of handling return goods as well as recycling and remanufacturing waste product. The latter acquired more attention in the theory horizon. Numerous theoretical researches show that the enterprise can achieve lots benefits from implementing the closed-loop supply chain, such as reducing operating cost, increasing revenue, improving the level of service and the overall competitiveness. Nevertheless, there is inevitable goal conflict in supply chain because the supply chain system is made up of different economic subjects. And the diverse strengths between members may lead to the closed-loop supply chain with different dominant powers. The leader may obtain more information and use it to make better decision, whether or not share the information depends on the status of information. Generally speaking, there is always asymmetric information in the system. The asymmetrical information of market will lead to inconsistent demand forecasting among the members and affect the price decision just as the paper having studied.Based on the reflection of the above phenomenon, the dissertation conducted this research with the methods integrated the Economics, Operation Research, Game Theory and Mathematical statistics. With the comprehensive way, the author respectively established information sharing model in the Closed-loop supply chain dominated by the manufacturer in the third chapter and the other model dominated by the retailer in the fourth chapter. Both of them revealed the complex mechanism of information sharing under the asymmetric information. To begin with the study, the Stackelberg leader-follower game model was used to solve the pricing problem and the change of optimal wholesale price, optimal pricing before and after information sharing are described. The value pattern of information sharing and the impact of information sharing on the supply chain were displayed. In addition, we discussed the random extension model of uncertain demand information sharing. Subsequently, the author built a more practical model with the introduction of consciousness of social environmental parameters, described the difference psychological appraisal between the remanufactured product and new products and the demand function under the influence of the different psychological anticipation. Mainly study the value model of information sharing in the closed-loop supply dominated by retailer under the condition that there is a certain of vertical differences between the products. Figured out the equilibrium solution of the Stackelberg game with the theory of Bilevel Programming and discussed the complex value mechanism of uncertain demand information sharing in this condition. Last but not least, subliming the theory on practice through a simple case analysis of large retail chains, Auchan China, analyzed the implementation model of supply chain information sharing and the value of information sharing.
