Based On The Agent's Enterprise Simulation Research And Implement Ecological Communities

In management science field, the formation, development and evolution of enterprise community is an important research field. Under the research of the enterprise ecological community and its simulation, this paper study the structure and composition of the enterprise ecological community. And also study simulation technology of multi-Agent system to enterprise ecological community. And discuss the simulation results of the enterprise ecological community about the competition of the individual, how the change will make its population and the whole community structure changes, the relationship between enterprises of competition and cooperation.The research and simulation of enterprise ecological community is complex, it formation and development has a special rules and specific environmental conditions. At present, the research of this field in the domestic and international is still in the stage of exploration, lack of targeted theoretical guidance. In this paper, by using the ecology theory and the complex adaptive system theory, I research the formation mechanism and succession mode of the enterprise ecological community to understand the enterprise ecological community structure and community formation mechanism, and then set up enterprise ecosystem model, inter-organizational relationship model and environment model, and based on NetLogo platform to simulate and analysis the enterprise ecological communities.This paper is organized as seven chapters. The first one includes the background of this research, reference introduction and the frame of this dissertation. The second chapter gives a brief review of related technology and theory principals. The third chapter illustrates the construction and operation mechanism of enterprise ecological community. The fourth chapter analyzes the platform of NetLogo and the technology of it simulation. The fifth chapter does the research of the industry’s community succession. The sixth chapter describes the conclusions and the future.This paper studies the enterprise ecological community formation mechanism and succession mode, and based this theory setup on the computer simulation of enterprise community.
