With the increasing popularity of smartphones and3 G network commercial, the rapid development of mobile commerce started. Mobile payment, as a combination of communications and financial services, become one of the most typically usedmobile application. With the third issuance of the payment license and short-listed operators, enterprises to develop mobile payment business has gradually become normal.As a relatively mature and traditional method of payment, online payment habits gradually developing, more effective strategies of mobile payment are needed if you want to seek a breakthrough. And then improve customer satisfaction, increase customer loyalty become one of the best methods.The satisfaction factors werestudied of mobile payment users by empirical research based on two-factor theory and the theory of user satisfaction. After the summary of relevant literature the satisfaction hypothesis of mobile payment model was proposed in this paper. The main factors include human resource services, cost, core services, user security, innovative services, corporate image, convenience, institutional distribution.And after the survey, reliability and validity testing and factor analysis, the key factors were identified. By the use of expected/ perceived value matrix, health factors, incentives, incentives and a half does not matter factors are identified and distinguished. Finally, in order to improve the user satisfaction and competitiveness this article listed some suggestions.
