A Method Research Of Process Management Based On Role Theory

The environments around our organization are getting more and more complicated, and changing faster. In a certain extent the deficiency of the changeless process will obstruct the efficiency. Under such circumstances, we require dynamic management process.In this article, after detailing the importance of role, we give a further explanation of whether the method of process management should base on the process itself or the role in the process. Meantime, in the aspect of role we discuss about the possibility that the reform of the process of our organization will cause the variable aspects of role perception which play a very important role in our success of the reform of the process.In case of this, we put up a few actions which require the establishment and implement of the process system to improve the variable aspects of role perception. So, we come to the terms of creating an appropriate method of process management in which the roles or the participants can more successfully play their parts and display their subjective initiatives. Finally, we can fulfill the dynamic process management and its optimization.
