Construction And Application Of China Mobile Internet Interconnection Quality Monitoring

With the 2008 restructuring of China telecom industry, formed China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom, three full-service operators, and China telecom industry has entered a period of full-service competition. However, weak market share of Internet business, lack of experience in operation and maintenance of Internet, high interconnection costs, asymmetric regulation policy, making China Mobile in the pattern of full-service competition is facing many challenges.This paper obtains an in-depth analysis of current situation and outstanding issues of internet interconnection of China Mobile. In order to effectively monitor the quality of China Mobile Internet interconnection, advance in perceptual user online experience, prior to customer take the initiative to find the real bottlenecks in the network quality of service and network of implicit/explicit problems, this paper focuses on the network quality monitoring system design and implementation, based on customer perception of network quality evaluation model. The system without the other network operators to deploy monitoring equipment to achieve automatic, real-time quality monitoring of interconnection;By simulating the user’s online behavior to obtain real user service experience;Locate network bottlenecks, find network problems ahead of the users, change from passive to active maintenance。This is help to enhance the quality of China mobile internet interconnection protection capabilities, establish and improve the long-term monitoring mechanism.The pilot process in the system, adopt a scientific and quantitative monitoring methods, to accurately obtain a large number of China mobile Internet export quality data and modeling the user experience end to end network quality data. Based on these data collation and analysis, to establish the China Mobile Internet interconnection quality is true, objective understanding and evaluation, for China mobile promotion Internet maintenance level and efficiency to provide the scientific and effective basis.
