With the rapid development of The mobile Internet Information Technology and itsapplications, there are many users in our country accept services offered by The mobileInternetwhen they are traveling, they can use the mobile phone, tablet and other mobile terminalfor inquiring before traveling, such as Hotel, tickets, attractions tickets and other information,they can also view the traffic routes ortourism strategy during the travel, after thetravel they canalso upload the travel notes or photos. However, In the The mobile Internet growing online travelservices simultaneously., there are also problems in the existence, such asthe function is imperfect,transaction unsafe,Arbitrary deduction charges and other issues. At present our research on themobile Internet is still in its infancy andthe research on the online travel service for mobileInternet is more deficient.In the time of service economy, the users become the key to the development ofenterprises.From the perspective of the user, define and satisfy their needs is the necessarypremise of success in the market for mobile internet service providers.In this paper, based on thetheory of user experience,through literature study and expert interview to build mobile Internetresearch to the influential factors of online travel service quality model,the model includescontent experience, interactive experience and feeling experience, personal experience andsecurity experience five level indicators;through empirical study, using questionnaire surveymethod, econometric analysis and structural equation analysis to further analysis the influenceindex facters of mobile internet online travel serverces, the index factors reflect the real usercognition and demand objectively;finally based on the above research from perfect user contentexperience, enhance the user interactive experience, optimize the feeling experience, enhancesecurity experienc, attaches great importance to the personal experience five aspects to improvethe quality of mobile internet online travel service strategies and Suggestions.This article throughstudying the user demand for mobile internet online travel services, has been clear about thefactors that affect the quality of service, is advantageous to the mobile Internet service developersand operators to hold users’ intrinsic psychological demand accurately, targeted to improveservice quality, service function, enhance enterprise core competitive ability, To provide referencefor the popularization of mobile internet online travel services and the development of itsindustry.
