Warehousing Data Collecting And Tracking System Based On RFID

Currently, it is hard to real-time monitor the logistics operations inner the warehouse or distribution center. Also it is hard to collect and track on the logistics operating data. Misoperations, wasting of time, difficult to locate when something goes wrong through the process of logistics are the main factors to limit the efficiency and costs of logistics. This dissertation puts forward a RFID-based warehousing operating data collecting and tracking information system with the environment supplied by the laboratory. The details go as bellow.Firstly, there is an analysis about the operating pattern of this system. It gives a clear definition of the related business operating logic. It discusses on the strategies about how to allocate and pick the goods. Also the cross-departments process of logistics operating is analyzed to have better understanding of the business logic.In the stage of system design and implement, it is modularized to be three parts with either B/S or C/S architecture for each which is coded with Java, C# or C++under the IDE of either Visual Studio or Eclipse. Power Designer is used to deal with the database design.After every part of the system is deal and done. It is combined to be one and deployed to for the testing. There is a show on the testing result and discussion on the insignificances.The warehousing operating data collecting and tracking information system is modularized to cover the inner warehousing operating also helps to check and track on the resources. It is a practical attempt on how to make the warehousing management much more automatic, visible and accurate with great reference values.
