This paper summarizes the analysis with the history and current status of China mobile communication building coverage industries market, to face the market research and customer demand changes in policy brought out some of the opportunities and challenges, in a lot of reading the literature and extensive collection, sorting the basis of real data on the basis of competitive strategy theory, put forward in the new market situation of Chinese mobile building coverage market competitive strategy and future development thinking with the example of Zhuhai TTE.This paper analyzes the study reached the following conclusions:First, market competition in the building coverage, with policy changes that result in moving the construction of the building coverage of the mobile market value chain and profit from the sale of equipment based point gradually to sell equipment to both the development and integration services, and services produced value increasing. In this regard, the traditional building coverage equipment manufacturers will accelerate the changing to be the professional integration service providers.Second, the market for mobile building coverage, due to the development of urbanization and infrastructure investment, guarantee, upgrade and communications decency faced in quite some time with a good market expectations. As the market more competitive, building coverage equipment manufacturers should take the strategic choice to benefit the development of large-scale.Third, as with the implementation of the development strategy, the mobile building coverage equipment manufacturers should be taken to fit their own competitive strategies in the product market, through the proprietary technology to form the core competencies, in the integration services market should be focusing on improving systems integration capabilities as a competitive the core strategy.
