Facing the new situation of global competition, the social division of labor has been further refined, increasingly high degree of specialization, companies put its resources to focus on the most critical products and markets, competitive enterprises are no longer limited to two competition among enterprises but for the entire supply chain. Supply chain to provide enterprises with a more professional competing for resources optimization and supply chain management has increasingly become the core competitiveness of enterprises. With the importance of supply chain management has become more apparent, excellent management and control system of the supplier quality management seems increasingly play an important. Establishing a strategic partnership, the formation of a common product development, information sharing, cooperation collaborative manufacturing relationships, rapid response, synchronous production with the end-customer’s individual needs. Increasingly close relationship of the modern enterprise with suppliers, the evolution has been a mere buyer-seller relationship to a mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation relationship. SMS is an international company and adapt to rapid market changes. The management also constantly change the new and developing, and introduced some new methods and concepts to manage the daily operation and management. In this paper, the basic theory of the supplier quality management, quality management and supply chain as a starting point, based on the status of the SMS Company, supplier quality management specific in-depth discussion. SMS company supplier quality management, starting from the basic theory of quality management of supply chain management, discusses the importance of supplier quality management, supply chain management system.This paper describes the SMS direct product suppliers quality management model, content and method of analysis of the status of SMS suppliers. This article will present the status of the SMS company supplier quality management, according to their own work experience combined with MBA knowledge to suggestions and ideas on the weak link in the SMS supplier quality management system, and are discussed in detail. Finally, discusses the importance of supplier incentives and form a double win strategic relationship. Double win business philosophy as the guiding ideology to form a long-term, stable and mutually beneficial partnership with a wide range of suppliers to form strategic supplier relationships, quality resources at the lowest cost in the shortest possible time.
