Under The Background Of The Rapid Expansion Of Our Country Aviation Companies Risk Management Research

With the surging development of airlines in recent years, many aspects of airlines have beenimproved significantly, such as the company scale, market share, the quantity of aircrafts, flightsand profit. While they benefit high profits, airlines make great contribution to the transportationand economic development in China. But accidents also happened in recent years, such asYichun Air crash and conflicts with passengers, which gave a warning to us. During its highspeed growing, various dangerous elements begin to emerge, which could cause seriousconsequences. Airlines should pay more attention to risks and make corresponding actions toensure its steady development. I am in the airline company for many years, so I know airlinesoperation, management and risk factor inside the airline. This is important to my study.Based on the risk management theory, the article introduces the principle and method ofrisk control, makes an analysis about the current state of airline development in China anddescribes S airline’s operation status. By analyzing the accidents happened in recent years, thearticle investigates their cause and evaluate their dangerousness, it concludes some main risks, assafe risk, resource risk, service risk, cost risk and profit risk. The article proposes many effectivemeasures to reduce the risks, including raise the operation level to reduce safe risks, identifytarget to reduce resource risks, improve service to reduce service risks and carry out low-costoperation to reduce cost risks. Specified measures are also made in this article to manage therisks.
