Research On Risk Management Of The Airlines

Air transport industry is an industry with specific risks,There are existing huge risks from Airlines introducing planes to passenger and goods transport through all Airlines' business activities. Thus, it is very necessary for Airlines to carry risk management and to understand its current risk level, which is also an important means to reduce losses.Research of Airlines' risk management in China is in primary stage, mainly focused on research of safety and financial field, lacked of systematic, research on enterprise comprehensive risk management is very few. In response to this situation, this article begins from the characteristics of the Airlines, according to the principle of scientific, systematic and practical, studies on theory and method of Airlines' risk management, provides a scientific basis for Airlines' effective risk management.At first, this paper introduces the theory of risk, risk management and the actual situation of Airlines' risk management theory, proposing four stages of the risk management process:risk identification, risk assessment, risk control and risk management effectiveness evaluation;Then combines with the actual characteristics of the air transport industry and analyses the facing risk factor of Airlines from both external and internal risks, delves into the root causes of all types of risk. Thirdly, in the, based on previous study, establish evaluation index system of Airlines' risk management and use Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation model to assess Airlines' risk situation through an empirical analysis; At the same time, established a risk classification evaluation model to assess the likelihood and severity of various types of risk. Fourthly,Implements control strategies for different risk level risks and proposes specific control measures for different types of risk. Finally, evaluates the effectiveness of risk management and describes risk management evaluation processes and indicators.
