The age of the knowledge economy put forward higher request for modern expresswayconstruction project, and only mastered enough knowledge and applied it in the expresswayconstruction project team can adapt themselves to the complexity and high request of itsconstruction. Expressway construction project team is temporality, the fusion of many unitsdecided that its team knowledge learning process was not the simple SECI model and itsknowledge learning effects were influenced by various factors.Therefore, it’s necessary toresearch the knowledge learning process of expressway construction project major team indepth.Firstly, the meaning of expressway construction project major team was defined, andthe learning characteristics of mutual learning, interest learning and conformity learning wereanalyzed combined with its team characteristics. The learning characteristics of expresswayconstruction project major team included weak chaos, simple game, synergy, limitation ofinput and output, rich learning content, high utilization efficiency of knowledge weresummarized on the basis. And then, the multiple SECI model of major team learning aimingat three learning agent of individual, community of practice, major team was established tothe characteristics of the three learning types and major team learning, and the learningprocess of the multiple SECI model was analyzed in detail. The influencing factors of themultiple SECI learning process of major team were analyzed, and the evaluation index systemand extension evaluation model of the knowledge learning effects assessment of expresswayconstruction project major team were established on the basis.The questionnaire fulfilled therequirements of credibility and validity was used to obtain the original data of major teamlearning influencing factors’index value, and the extension evaluation model was used toassess some major team knowledge learning effects with the original data disposed, and theoffers of improving the major team knowledge learning effects were proposed to theevaluation results of learning effects.The research was the question of applying the microscopic mechanism to macroscopicthings, and it was a beneficial attempt in the study of construction project team learning,aimed to provide references for the major team learning of expressway construction project.
