| Acompany with competitive market and growing economic constructio n,enterprises pay more attention to team construction.Additionally,there are many elements may impact the team construction,digging the core elements out and advancing these variables would be the key of team construction.In aerospace enterprises,usually,management gives way to technology.In this case,many problems occur and impact projects' performances and results.Based on issues in team construction of the institute's projects,especially after the failures of flight test in aerospace research project from XX project team(A project team),the institute pays great attention for the enhancement of team construction and it is why this paper comes from.This paper conducted a series of analysis in status,characteristics and issues in team construction of the institute.It demonstrated that the main issues can be classified as four aspects which are trust,purpose,communication and stimulation.Furthermore,the paper researched in current issues and causes of these issues,including 12 factors such as wise selection and utilization in Human Resources(HR),knowledge sharing etc.From the analysis of the 12 factors,the assessment system of team construction can be built.The assessment model can be derived from assessments of the institute's characteristics and contents.The paper adopted construction scores of 30 project team as samples,using multiple linear regression model to fit the equation.By this equation,the paper calculated the regression coefficients of those factors and found that selection and utilization in HR,cultural development,stimulation mechanism and communication mechanism are the most significant factors in team construction.Then,the assessment model can be substitute into the Project A.That the comparative analysis was utilized towards those four main factors between project team A and a certain excellent team.Finally,the drawbacks and issues of project team A can be identified.Eventually,this offers suggestions that can advance four key factors mentioned before.In addition,the research and analysis of this paper not only provides project team A with theoretical supports but also guides similar teams in the field of team construction.Through this paper,one may obtain inspirations to discover new methods that can be applied in practical team construction;it can also offer reference advise to those research institutes which are lack of team construction. |
